Early morning training

Given our busy schedules, it is often difficult for us to find time for training and to stay in the continuity of training. In the morning, before work, we like to wake up and start our day with a light breakfast, a hot shower, and a cup of coffee. However, there is a better, healthier alternative for which we don’t need to set a lot of time aside to put us in a brighter mood and give us more energy for the day.

It certainly is best to exercise whenever we can, but in order to achieve continuity we need to be consistent. If you are a person who can and wants to spare 20 to 30 minutes for evening training, try to spare those minutes in the morning, before your daily duties. The results will pleasantly surprise you!

Advantages of early morning training

  • A morning workout can help you create an exercise routine. Consistency is the most important thing in exercise. A good workout in the morning will give you the desire and focus to stick to your exercise plan!
  • Waking up early for morning training helps not only physical but also mental health! It provides a better mood during the day and helps in reducing stress levels.

  • Training early in the morning brings increased productivity for the next day as well, in comparison to evening training.

  • Early morning training brings fewer distractions than evening training; you don't have your phone buzzing, overloading with notifications, obligations as well as fewer calls and messages because everyone is sleeping, while you exercise and start your day productively!

PILATES4YOU

Exercises and work methods used in training are based on the principles of Pilates. The program is intended for everyone and it is possible to adapt the exercises to individual needs and capabilities. It is intended for the development of trunk stability, flexibility, and mobility correction of body posture.

LES MILLS BODY BALANCE

It's an hour-long session based on Yoga that will relax your mind and body and improve your overall well-being. Elements of Tai Chi, Pilates, and Yoga will strengthen your whole body, improve flexibility, and reduce stress!

CAMP4YOU

Circuit training for the whole body of medium intensity; a combination of strength exercises and cardio exercises where basic functional movement patterns are used.

Exercises are performed with your own weight or in combination with different props.

CAMP4YOU 30′

30-minute express format of circuit training for the whole body, of medium intensity.

LES MILLS GRIT

Les Mills Grit™ is a HIIT workout that combines scientifically tested movements and bodyweight exercises to build muscle and cardiovascular fitness.

BOOTYLAB4YOU

Training to shape the glutes, legs, and thighs with targeted strength isolation exercises. Different props such as weights, steppers, or bands are used to add resistance and target muscle regions.

HOW TO BOOK A SESSION?

All of our group training programs are included in the existing Gyms4You membership prices. If you are already a member of Gyms4You, you can go to all group training programs with unlimited access, without additional payment! Group training programs are now available at 4 locations of which three are located in Zagreb: Kvaternik Plaza, Dubrava Risnjačka and Blato, and one in Zadar.

For all early morning programs, but also other group training programs, you can book your session here or via the Gyms4You app. The schedule is adjusted every week, so don't forget to follow it so you don't miss the perfect session time!
