1. A member is not allowed to allow another person to use the GYMS4YOU membership card either inside or outside the gym. If someone has a problem with their membership card outside the club's reception opening hours, they can call the emergency number. The emergency number is located at the reception. Under no circumstances are members allowed to bring in or bring out other people, and this may result in the blocking of their membership in accordance with Article 25 of these Rules of Conduct.
  2. The membership card is personal, non-transferable and linked to each member's fingerprint and photo in cases when the member has chosen to use the service 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. The membership card is personal, non-transferable and linked to a photo in cases where the member has chosen to use the service during reception opening hours. In the event of loss of the card, the issuance of a new one is billed according to the current price list.
  3. The member is responsible for the updating of personal data and correct address and personal contacts. It is considered that the information that the member last provided is valid. 
  4. The gym may only be used for exercise. For example, it is not permitted to leave scooters or any other personal means of transportation inside or outside the gym. It is also strictly prohibited to perform any intimate acts in the gym premises and changing rooms or to use them for other private or business purposes.
  5. For the personal safety of members and the prevention of any illegal activities, members are obliged to always have their membership card with them so that they can present it to the staff, security or guard service at any time. 
  6. Members exercise at the gym at their own risk. GYMS4YOU is not responsible for the health of its members.
  7. The instruction or reprimand of the club staff should be obeyed and cannot be a subject of discussion. 
  8. Members themselves take full responsibility for the safety and security of their padlocks and personal belongings that they leave and lock in the locker rooms. GYMS4YOU is not responsible for the functioning and eventual malfunction of the padlocks that members use to secure their personal belongings in the changing rooms. Members are responsible for selecting and maintaining their locks. GYMS4YOU is not responsible for the loss, theft or damage of personal belongings left in the changing rooms or other areas of the gym.
  9. Lockers are not personal and should be emptied after use. If this is not done, the padlocks will be removed and will not be replaced with new ones. GYMS4YOU is not responsible for items stored in closets. 
  10. It is always necessary to show respect and consideration towards other members and neighbors who use the premises next to the gym.   
  11. After use, weights should always be returned to the place from which they were taken.
  12. Members must not yell or scream at the gym. 
  13. No throwing of weights or improper handling of equipment is allowed or actions like passing the ball or disrespecting other members by taking majority of the weights.
  14. The use of magnesium powder and similar products is not allowed.
  15. Only clean closed indoor shoes that the member brings with them may be used in the gym, and these may not be the same shoes in which the member came from outside. Exceptionally when performing exercises that require greater stability (such as stretching, deadlifting or squatting), members may wear socks during the exercise. Only appropriate and clean sportswear is permitted in the gym to ensure safety and functionality during exercise and proper execution of exercises.
  16. After use, the equipment used should be disinfected and dried. Gym members are required to use towels during exercise. This obligation contributes to maintaining the hygiene of the machines and equipment and ensures a more comfortable environment for all users.
  17. If you want to listen to music other than the one played in the gym, we recommend using headphones.
  18. It is not permitted to record or photograph other members without their permission. Members are not permitted to record or photograph inside the gym for marketing purposes without prior written approval from the management. Any activity related to recording or photographing must be agreed upon and approved in advance to ensure the privacy of other members and compliance with the gym's policies.
  19. In accordance with the General Terms and Conditions, a medically diagnosed illness or pregnancy allows members to freeze their membership. Membership freezing is not a substitute for paying bills that have already been issued. You can read more about membership freezing in the GYMS4YOU General Terms and Conditions.
  20. Bringing alcohol, drugs and doping into the gym or smoking in the gym is strictly prohibited. Members who use the gym under the influence of alcohol, drugs or doping will be removed from the gym.
  21. Personal trainers are not permitted to use the gym premises without prior agreement with the gym management. No type of advertising is allowed in the gym premises. Professional guidance of members in training is allowed only by persons who provide training services in GYMS4YOU or Coach4you.
  22. The age limit for membership is 16 years. People under that age are not allowed to train or stay in the gym.
  23. The working hours of the gym must be respected. Working hours are published at the gym's reception and on the Gyms4you website.
  24. If it is determined that a member has been violent or threatened someone while using the gym, or if there is insulting, pushing or disagreements caused by the member, the member will be immediately expelled and excluded from membership. GYMS4YOU reserves the discretionary right to exclude from membership persons who do not comply with the Terms of Use. GYMS4YOU reserves this right in order to guarantee and ensure the personal safety of all GYMS4YOU gym members at all times and to prevent any illegal or illegal activities on the gym premises. In order to preserve the safety of all GYMS4YOU gym members and maintain a high quality of service, GYMS4YOU will retain the personal data (OIB) of members who are permanently blocked and will keep it according to the deadlines set out in internal acts. This measure allows us to accurately identify these persons at any time and prevent any illegal actions. In this way, we are committed to maintaining a safe and professional environment for all GYMS4YOU gym members.
  25. GYMS4YOU reserves the right, at its discretion, to issue a warning, suspension of membership for a period of up to 30 days and permanent exclusion from membership to a member who does not comply with the rules above, that are considered a major violation.
  26. If a member violates any of the above rules, GYMS4YOU may terminate this agreement at any time with immediate effect, with the obligation to pay all invoices issued until the moment of termination of the agreement.
  27. If a member intentionally destroys or breaks GYMS4YOU property, he will be immediately expelled and permanently excluded from membership. In the above case, the member is responsible for compensation for damage caused by the destruction or breaking of property.
  28. Members are not allowed to enter rooms intended exclusively for employees, including areas behind the counter, storage rooms and safe rooms. Members are authorized to enter only the exercise rooms and locker rooms. 
  29. Entry into the locker room of the opposite sex is not permitted to gym members, except in cases where gym members have altered documentation to match the gender of the locker room they wish to use.
  1. Every member with an active membership has the right to reserve any group training, which is included in the price of the membership.
  2. For all group trainings, a reservation via website or application is mandatory.
  3. If you are unable to attend the group training, you must cancel the reservation or your place on the waiting list in a timely manner (no later than 3 hours before the reserved session) and leave the place available for another member. If a member is on the waiting list and another member cancels the confirmed reservation, the first person on the waiting list is automatically booked for training and receives a notification via email.
  4. Each user has the right to miss one booked group training session within 30 days. After each missed training session, the system records the date of the missed session and a period of 30 days is calculated from the date of each non-attendance at the group training session. If the user fails to attend the group training session again within the above-mentioned 30-day period, he will lose the right to book group training sessions until he pays the fee for re-booking group training sessions according to the current price list. All training sessions already booked before the suspension can be used.
  5. It is necessary to arrive early enough for the training session and wait in front of the studio for the session to start - if a member is late, they will miss the health and safety lecture and in this case we cannot allow subsequent entry into the studio. Once the instructor closes the studio door, the training must not be interrupted.
  6. When entering the studio for group trainings, each member have to show a confirmation on his mobile phone about the reserved time for group training to the instructor.
  7. A member is not permitted to allow another person to use the GYMS4YOU membership card when entering the group training studio. Under no circumstances are members permitted to introduce other people into the group training studio and this may result in the blocking of membership in accordance with rule 26.
  8. The studio can only be used for organized group training. Group training takes place according to a pre-defined plan and program, and it is not allowed to perform your own training in a way that ignores the instructor and the training plan. We ask members to use the gym space for personal training so as not to disturb the instructor and other group training participants in the studio.
  9. After the training session, it is necessary to leave the studio area so that the instructors can prepare the space for the next training session in a timely manner. If a member has booked two consecutive training sessions, they are also required to wait outside the studio area so that the preparation of the session and confirmation of the members' presence can proceed smoothly. If a member wishes to speak with the instructor or has additional questions, we advise that they wait outside the studio until the instructor has completed the necessary tasks.
  10. Members are asked not to leave personal belongings on the stage designated exclusively for the instructor or on top of technical equipment that can only be used by the instructor. Personal belongings, jackets or bags, must be left and locked in the locker provided for this purpose in accordance with the Rules of using GYMS4YOU gyms.
  11. Members exercise in the group training studio at their own risk. GYMS4YOU is not responsible for the members' health. If any member has any health problems, they are required to inform the trainer, instructor or professional person leading the program before the start of the training.
  12. Members should note that our studios have flashing lights; if any of the members has photosensitive epilepsy, please consult your doctor before training.
  13. During training, it is not allowed to disturb other members by loud conversations so as not to reduce their concentration on training.
  14. The use of mobile phones or headphones is not allowed during group training sessions.
  15. In the event that you need to leave the studio before the end of the training, you must do so discreetly in a way that will not disturb other members.
  16. It is necessary to maintain personal hygiene - in addition to clean sports clothes and shoes (which must be changed before entering the studio for group training), you must have your own towel; if you do not have one, you can buy one at our reception. 
  17. After use, the equipment that was used must be disinfected and dried. This obligation contributes to maintaining the hygiene of the equipment and ensures a more comfortable environment for all users.
  18. Only clean indoor shoes that the member brings with them may be used in group training studios, and these may not be the same shoes that the member came in from outside. Only appropriate and clean sportswear is permitted in the gym and group training studios to ensure safety and functionality during training and proper execution of exercises.
  19. After use, all props should always be returned to their proper place.
  20. It is not allowed to shout or scream in the studio for group trainings. 
  21. It is forbidden to throw the weights or improperly handle the equipment. 
  22. It is not allowed to record or photograph other members without their permission.
  23. A medically diagnosed illness or pregnancy allows members to excuse their absence.
  24. It is strictly forbidden to bring alcohol, drugs and doping into the studios and to smoke in the studios. Members who use the studio under the influence of alcohol, drugs or doping will be removed from the studio.
  25. Personal trainers are not allowed to use studio spaces for group training without agreement with the gym management. No advertising of any kind is allowed in the group training studio.
  26. If a member violates any of the above rules, GYMS4YOU may terminate this agreement at any time with immediate effect, with the obligation to pay all invoices issued until the moment of termination of the agreement.
  27. By accepting Terms and conditions for group trainings, you agree to receive email notifications related to training reservations, reservations from the waiting list, training cancellations, and other changes related exclusively to the reserved training. The same does not include acceptance of receiving newsletters or emails for promotional purposes.
