In the morning, before work, we like to wake up and start our day with a light breakfast, a hot shower, and a cup of coffee. However, there is a better, healthier alternative for which we don\u2019t need to set a lot of time aside to put us in a brighter mood and give us more energy for the day.<br><br>It certainly is best to exercise whenever we can, but in order to achieve continuity we need to be consistent. If you are a person who can and wants to spare 20 to 30 minutes for evening training, try to spare those minutes in the morning, before your daily duties.
