Are you a positive, cheerful, responsible, and communicative person? <\/p>\n\n\n\n Workplace description:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n The tasks you should perform as a group program instructor at Gyms4you include leading group training sessions, making sure that all potential and existing members are greeted and treated in a friendly and professional manner, and that they are impressed by the cheerful energy of the instructor who will be leading the program. It is necessary to interact with members and other colleagues, motivating them, inspiring them, and creating positive energy in the gym during their stay in it. It is very important to ensure professional communication and the relationship of other contractual parties with our members and clients, as well as professional communication between all colleagues, taking care of a good working atmosphere, to respect the company's standards and business policy. It is necessary to attend all meetings convened by the management, take care of the cleanliness and orderliness of the hall, and perform administrative tasks and extraordinary tasks delegated by the service provider.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Conditions:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n As fun as it is, it is also demanding. The qualities we look for in instructors are desire and motivation to work with us, ease in working in front of groups and public speaking, accessibility, and communicativeness with an emphasis on the ease of solving everyday challenges, creativity and the ability to make decisions at the last moment and the ability to motivate, inspire and move groups. We highly appreciate people who show commitment to candidates who practice fitness and a healthy lifestyle in their free time. The skills required for this job are the basics of computer work and IT literacy (Word) and knowledge of the English language in speech and writing. Instructor training certificate, KIF and program licenses are preferred.
